Each time I buy one of these books I proclaim it the best ever. No different this one. The book is a soft cover tome of info for the PzKpfw II. Starting with a brief history it delves onto the D1, D2, E, and then more. There is the Flame panzer, a neat bridge layer, driving school version, jagdpanzer, and then bunkers with the flampanzer turret mounted. As I leafed through the various versions of track were drawn out as well as the running gear. Period pictures abound and I'm sure Laura would be interested in this one. The book is full of exceptional drawings of each type and back up photos. The obligatory specs are included including some orders of battle. The bunker part was extraordinarily interesting and has pictures from a still standing fortification in Norway, The colour plates are well done and there are some really interesting schemes to go with the Panzer Grey schemes we all think about. Unit markings are represented and there is a section on ammo. Well worth the money you cant go wrong with this book and I highly highly recommend.
Looking forward to the next one now.

James,
Sounds like another hit in this series, the bunker section sounds pretty cool all by itself.
Thanks for posting it.
