Post  The Zod on Mon Sep 28, 2009 2:53 am

X2

The tires have the Bridgestone logo on them I am not sure if the real things had them on I can't find any real good closeups of the tires, when they are clean

The figure sprues They remind me of the early Tamiya figues

Clear sheet for the vision blocks

Axles and nylon cable

Nice little preview.

Try to use more lights when you take pictures like theses. Some of them are a little on the dark side and other show some uneven light around.

What are your impressions on the kit? How are the figures?

Are you planning to build this one soon? If so, are you going OOB or will you add a little PE set to it?

Here's a little zoomo on a clean tire to confirm the Bridgestone logo Cool

You are going to have fun with this kit! Don't let the metal axles fool you though as you really can't put much weight on the model as you roll it around (oops, did I write that?)

I wrote a review for Track-Link back in 2005 and here are the photos as it seems to be the same:

This is another web site I used:

Thanks for the pic of the tire I will start this kit early 2010 For the most part,OOB I will be adding a copper tow cable,as I don't care for the nylon strings I know I have a ways to go on my photos I take the ix in the bunk area of my big rig The lighting is not the best Very Happy The details on the kit are great No mold flash at all The detail on the figures and their weapons is OK But the faces are supposed to be Japanese The faces are the worst on details

Hi Chad

I got that kit also.
Pretty strange for me as it's
1. not a softskin
2. Modern

Maybe we could do a "my type 87 is cooler than yours" build together bounce Razz
