Nice figure set.

Laura: Don't think mr gunner is John's relative. Rambo is doing it with only one hand not like this sissy who is using both What a Face

Top notch plastic figs are always welcome. Love the poses. And the uniforms. All looks very natural.

They're brilliant. Yep the machine gunner wins for me too.

Really dynamic figures, very fine and rich detailed. The competition with the other plastic-men-producers makes them better again after a lot of not so good kits.

Dragon dudes ..........

Post  Cheyenne on Fri Aug 07, 2009 2:04 pm

Actually my vote goes for the guy kneeling down with the mg belt around his neck and under his belt , ................ I'm still out on the Rambo gunner , ........ don't get me wrong I like the pose , ......... something just says nah , ......... and I can't put my finger on it .
Maybe because he is in a firing stance and has the ammo belt around his shoulders and not being fed into the mg ?

Anyawy nice set and I'm sure I'll be ponying up for it in the future , .............. gotta have that kneeling dude , ........ I've got a place for him already !!!

Just a minor, minor, little gripe...don't much like the artwork on the cover. Not Mr Volstad I'm guessing.

I felt the same way when I saw him, (Rambo), his knees are bent forward, but his back is leaning to the rear. Not a likely pose. Still a nice set though!

Well honestly I think I gotta go with the crowd here. I like the other three, but I'm not all that hot and bothered by the MG dude. Personally the first thing that ran through my mind was that the best use for him would be to stow the MG and have him pulling on something like a rope tied to a stuck wagon or donkey or something. But the other three are ready to go right out of the box. I can see them behind a knocked out panzer type vehicle, with the n.c.o. instead of pointing with his rifle having the rifle resting on the fender while he gets ready to peek at something with his binoculars. The leaning dude would be peeking around the corner of the vehicle, and kneeling dude is the only sensible one in the trio, and is hiding completley behind the vehicle.

Same goes for me about the MG dude! Can't think if I ever can fit him in a diorama.

The first and last guy are ok though.
